What You'll Do

As a Kitchen Team Trainee, you'll help drive daily kitchen operations and team success by:

• Delivering craveable, highquality food with speed and accuracy while following ChickfilA standards
• Upholding food quality, cleanliness, and foodsafety expectations
• Coaching and developing Kitchen Team Members and Team Leaders
• Leading with urgency to ensure fast, consistent service
• Maintaining recipe accuracy, production consistency, and attention to detail
• Keeping a clean, organized, foodsafe kitchen environment
• Executing systems that support efficiency, safety, and operational excellence

Leadership Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Team Trainee, you will:

• Lead daily operations with professionalism and accountability
• Ensure guests consistently receive exceptional service
• Take ownership of food quality, food safety, and operational standards
• Manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Clearly communicate kitchen goals and expectations
• Use handson leadership and problemsolving to drive improvement
• Inspire, coach, and connect with a diverse team

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting
• Proven ability to develop and lead highperforming teams
• Strong operational awareness and resultsdriven mindset
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problemsolving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using basic technology (POS systems, Microsoft Office)

Schedule

• Up to 40 hours per week in a handson restaurant environment
