Proof of the Pudding, the food service provider for the Frisco Roughriders, is looking for an Assistant Premium Manager. Assistant Premium Manager's roles are to monitor and assist in the sales and operations of the game day suites/hospitality spaces and non-game day catering events. The ideal candidate has experience in large-scale food service operations and is a hands-on leader. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Executes a range of responsibilities supporting suite food and beverage operations, initiating and receiving guest communications to drive sales, managing email correspondence and follow-ups, and accurately creating (BEOs) in alignment with guest preference. Communicate food orders to chefs, with attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies) Managing time effectively to ensure all BEO items are completed prior to service times. Delegating tasks to team members based on their positions and talents. Managing the team that is scheduled to run each event. Assist suite team with prepping which may include table setting, setting chef tables and placing appropriate decor, linens, utensils and china, as needed. Ensure the client is communicated with and checked in on throughout the event. Oversee work areas making sure they are kept clean, Coordinate actions with the banquet team members, and all other members of the front and back of the house to ensure flawless customer service. Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene. Adhere to food safety best practices and policies. Hands-on involvement in events includes a variety of physical tasks, such as the lifting of heavy objects, handling food and alcohol, loading serving carts and trays, stocking supplies, and garbage removal. Reporting to the Director of Premium and performing any tasks assigned to execute a flawless event. Performs other related duties as required. Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Experience leading a food & beverage team is required. Proven customer service skills, experience communicating with clients at events. Stamina to work long days often moving throughout the venue continuously. Specialized Qualifications: Excellent listening and communication skills Renowned time management and organization skills Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client's needs. The ability to work alone and as a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Work Environment The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Baseball Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout stadium grounds on different terrains.
