Responsibilities:

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards and policies
• Design and implement catering systems using Chick-fil-A requirements
• Deliver catering orders, as needed with a company vehicle
• Able to navigate stairs and elevators and lift 50lbs.
• Provide proactive and timely follow-up with catering customers
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of catering equipment
• Active role leading and supporting day-to-day shift Operations
• Set and achieve goals to grow catering sales
• Update processes to improve efficiency and guest experience
• Ensure food safety standards and excellence with guests
• Hold team accountable to standards and procedures
• Provide clear communication and feedback
• Be a source of encouragement and positivity
• Uphold a culture of excellence

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proven leadership experience
• At least 25 years of age (required to operate company vehicle)
• Valid driver licence
• Organized and self-motivated
• Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Effective communication skills
• Desire to care for and develop others
