We are currently looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate displays an excitement for food and hospitality. As a critical member of our team, a successful F&B Manager will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards, helping to motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a representative for Le Rock, upholding high levels of hospitality and service
  • Coordinate FOH and BOH restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Train new and existing employees on proper service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
  • Organize staff schedules and supervise shifts
  • Uphold sanitation and safety regulations
  • Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious work environment
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to enable smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare tip reconciliations and employee clockins daily as part of weekly payroll
  • Assist new hire, onboarding and employee orientation
  • Uphold lines of communication, maintaining a positive working relationship with kitchen leaders and line staff throughout service

  • 2+ years experience as an F&B Manager in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or retail environment
  • Fine dining experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software (Toast)
  • Knowledge of Schedulefly.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00) plus tips
