What Youll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead with hospitality, pride, and a commitment to quality.
• Maintain and exceed company standards for food, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Drive sales and profitability through smart decision-making and cost control.
• Motivate, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members.
• Collaborate with your General Manager and District Manager on projects and initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of management experience ?in a full-service restaurant (front-of-house preferred).
• Overseeing high volume of around $75,000 / week
• Catering experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and training skills with a passion for developing future leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ordering systems.
• Ability to perform essential physical tasks (standing/walking 810 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and holidays with one weekend off per month .
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, enthusiastic presence.
• Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
