Summary of position: This position is responsible for the management, planning, and execution of the daily activities associated with Food & Beverage Departments. This includes, but is not limited to restaurants, outlets, banquets, and culinary departments, with particular attention to safety, guest satisfaction, security, asset protection and maintaining standards as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
4+ years hotel/food and beverage management experience.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel,
Power Point, SharePoint, HRIS and Payroll functionality are required.
Extensive knowledge in restaurant, bar banquet, stewarding, kitchen, sales, catering, and management required.
