We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food & Beverage team and fill the role of AM Food and Berverage Supervisor. El Tapeo is located on the 9th for of Le Meridien Oakbrook Hotel and celebrates the bold flavors of a modern Spanish kitchen with a simple, ingredient-driven menu. Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will be assisting and working with the morning El Tapeo restaurant team to ensure restaurant staff adheres to service standards, ensuring guests receive the highest quality level of service and oversee room service operations during your shift. As Supervisor you are mindful and watchful of signals from guests in need of service and quick to respond.
Does this sound like you?
You are able to maintain order and control in the workplace, while also ensuring the safety of all employees and customers. You are also familiar with health and safety and basic employment policies. You are constantly checking the restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Checking service stands, tables for cleanliness and proper set up. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role. You provide on-going training guidance and leadership.
