The opportunity**

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing team members and ensuring high-quality service and food. **What will you do?**

+ Format, maintain, and update recipe cards, costing sheets, inventory logs, and order guides to ensure accuracy and accessibility for the kitchen team

+ Assist with documenting recipe development and ensure alignment with portioning standards and cost control goals

+ Oversee ordering and receiving processes, verify deliveries, maintain vendor records, and support waste reduction through regular inventory checks

+ Collaborate with chefs, kitchen team members, and front-of-house supervisors to ensure operational consistency and uphold food safety, sanitation, and allergen control standards.

+ Train and mentor junior kitchen team members in back-of-house systems, inventory procedures, and administrative tasks

**More about you**

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Line Cook, Lead Line Cook, or Kitchen Supervisor

+ Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity

+ Attentive and detailed oriented

+ Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions

+ No college degree required

**Physical requirements**

+ Manual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
