Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and hospitality
Hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff
Maintain inventory and ordering of food, beverage, and supplies
Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership to enhance guest experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
Manage schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (boutique or hotel setting preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory platforms
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
