WHAT YOULL DO:
Lead & train FOH staff (hosts, servers, bartenders)
Oversee reservations, seating flow & guest experience
Work closely with kitchen for smooth service
Handle guest concerns with professionalism
Keep FOH clean, organized & up to health code

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years FOH management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership & communication skills
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
Seafood restaurant experience = a big plus!
