What you'll do: 

  • Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance

  • Drive excellence in guest satisfaction, quality assurance, and service delivery

  • Jump in where needed—this is a “lead by doing” role

  • Champion staff development, team recognition, and associate engagement

  • Lead recruiting, hiring, and training efforts to build a top-tier team

  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth and seamless operation

  • Regularly inspect the property to maintain brand standards and identify improvement opportunities

  • Help manage budgets and maximize profitability

  • Foster a culture that is professional, respectful, and—yes—fun!

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience (multi-department leadership a big plus!)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems
