As Complex Hotel Manager, you will play a strategic role in leading both properties to successdriving guest satisfaction, team engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Youll inspire excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure a seamless brand experience across both locations.

What will I be doing?

The Complex Hotel Manager will report to the General Manager and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of both properties. You will work closely with department heads, brand partners, and ownership groups to ensure both hotels meet and exceed brand standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee all operational aspects across both properties
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and associates
  • Ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered, monitored, and improved
  • Oversee key projects including renovations, brand enhancements, and capital improvements
  • Drive financial performance through budget oversight, cost control, and revenue generation
  • Implement strategic plans and service initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor brand compliance and respond to internal audits to ensure continual improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Marketing teams to position both hotels competitively
  • Champion employee engagement and retention through transparent leadership and recognition
  • Maintain strong relationships with community partners and local business networks
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence

What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a property with revenue of $20M
  • 2+ years of Hotel Manager, AGM or Director/Leadership role or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of operations background
  • Success in building strong service cultures, increasing team member engagement and guest loyalty
  • Performance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results
