We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager .

• Assist in setting up meeting spaces for banquet and catering events, ensuring compliance with banquet event orders, and maintaining high service, quality, and hospitality standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, efficiently, and courteously at banquets and in the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure client satisfaction with event setups, F&B service, A/V functions, and food quality .
• Follow sanitation procedures for food safety and maintain necessary food handling certificates.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and concerns.
• Assist in the selection, training, and development of team members.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure proper follow-up.
• Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Customer-focused with experience in anticipating guest needs and responding professionally.
• Ability to execute food and beverage events and lead staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills .
• Ability to pass health and safety certification tests.

This position can be physically demanding; comfort with standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods is necessary.

$23.11 - $49.97/hour, depending on location and experience.
