The Role:
As Front of House Manager, youll work side by side with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure each shift runs smoothly. Youll set the tone for service, lead the floor, and support the team with a hands-on approach. We're not looking for clipboard managers we're looking for leaders who jump in, lead by example, and genuinely care about the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the FOH team during service (jump on the floor when needed: run food, pour wine, help reset a table you name it)

Ensure top-tier service, food quality, and guest satisfaction

Manage daily shift responsibilities, including opening/closing tasks, financials, and admin duties

Train and coach staff, handle discipline when needed, and uphold standards across the board

Build relationships with guests, handle issues in the moment, and make sure every table leaves happy

Stay aware of food allergies and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant management experience

Strong service presence and understanding of food and beverage

High-volume, fast-paced, polished casual or upscale restaurant background preferred

Clear communicator, team motivator, and problem solver

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet for extended periods, and work nights/weekends

Current Food Handlers Certificate (or willing to get one quickly)
