Hey t, Wee to the Sesame Collective!

Mediterranean Exploration Company is looking for a FOH Manager to join the team!

This is a flexible position that will require multiple skills but will be focusing on people coaching, sales, administration, training, and managing the floor in tandem with our Service Manager.

The ideal candidate has strong collaboration skills. They thrive in helping others learn new skills and are passionate about both guest and employee experience.

They are consistent in their work, and self-motivated/directed when working independently.

Additionally, they are someone who is passionate about great food, outstanding hospitality, positive leadership, and is excited to support the Service, Beverage and Culinary teams.

This role is integral in ensuring our restaurants are the best in the city by upholding our core values and always working towards our collective purpose.

What You ll Do:

You will help coach our FOH team with focus on the bar team, working directly with the Service Manager. This role is about creating consistency in experience and maintaining Sesame Collective standards for both employees and our guests.

Assist in all service needs of the restaurant, including but not limited to: social media, sales & marketing, systems creation, hiring, training & education, POS programming & daily service.

Model,municate, and teach our service standards while participating in service.

Regularly monitor systems for efficiency and accuracy.

Recruit, Hire, Train, Coach

Ensure that safety andpliance standards are met.

Serve as first point of contact for guest inquiries and guest recovery situations.

Who You Are:

4+ years of F+B experience, including bartending

2+ years front of the house leadership experience

Experience providing performance feedback and strong ability to coach and motivate others

Administrative skills a plus: Google Suite, Bevager, Paylocity, SpotOn Teamwork, Toast, Open

Conversational Spanish a plus
