We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to help lead and elevate our service standards across all dining and event venues.\nPosition Overview\nThe Food & Beverage Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering the exceptional member experience that Montclair Golf Club is known for. This hands-on position oversees all Front-of-House operations across the Club's dining outlets, event spaces, and seasonal venues.\nWorking closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, the F&B Manager will uphold and implement service standards, manage staffing and training, and ensure that every interaction reflects the club's commitment to excellence. This role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing service team.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee day-to-day FOH operations including dining rooms, bar\/lounge, terrace and banquet\/event service\nCollaborate with the Events Manager to plan and execute private events and club functions\nImplement and uphold club service standards and operating procedures\nSupervise and develop service staff through coaching, training, and daily pre-shift meetings\nCreate and manage staff schedules in alignment with service levels and labor goals\nServe as Manager-on-Duty during key service periods and special events\nEnsure all service areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times\nSupport BEO execution and coordinate logistics with kitchen and events team\nProcess payroll and maintain accurate labor reporting\nAssist in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff training\nOpen and close dining facilities according to club protocols\nWork collaboratively with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure a seamless member experience\n\nCandidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a polished and professional hospitality leader with a strong service mindset and proven leadership skills. They are detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and able to foster a culture of excellence among their team.
