Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club is located just a few minutes away from Interstate 66 at Route 29 in Gainesville, Virginia. The club is situated in a gated community spread over 750 acres, which is beautifully maintained. It is the premier community of the region, featuring a private 18-hole championship signature Arthur Hills-designed golf course, including six tee locations, measuring 6,938 yards from the tips. The golf course is widely recognized as a favorite golf course of Northern Virginia and was recently awarded "Best Golf Course" for the State of Virginia by Virginia Living magazine.

Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club has been voted as the "Best of Wedding Venues" by the KNOT in Northern Virginia and DC. Recently our Up To Par Team was awarded with the extremely rare Wedding Wire, Hall of Fame Award for delivering consistent wedding excellence. During the fall wedding season, the club is packed with numerous weddings and banquets. For non-wedding days, the club operates a full-service restaurant and bar named The Red Oak Bar and Grill, which serves the community.

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club, living and fostering Up To Par Management's Core Values, Established Objectives, and Key Results. The General Manager is expected to lead the team through the adoption of the Up To Par processes. The General Manager must possess strong operational, financial, and analytical skills. This is a hands-on position, active within the operations coaching and leading the team to desired results. The General Manager will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Agronomy, Human Resources, and Accounting corporate teams. The General Manager will also work collaboratively with HOA management to support the Board, Committees, and residents in delivering positive financial results and exceptional experiences.
