We are looking for a hospitality-driven Dining Room Manager to join our opening team at our Midtown location. This leadership role is key to creating a warm, seamless, and memorable guest experience from the moment we open our doors.

As Dining Room Manager, youll oversee daily floor operations, lead and support the front-of-house team, and ensure service standards are consistently met and exceeded. Youll work closely with the General Manager and culinary leadership to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep passion for guest service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, inspire those around you, and are excited to help shape a dynamic and welcoming dining room from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of an upscale dining restaurant.
• Lead by example, guiding and empowering the front-of-house (FOH) staff with a hands-on presence during each service.
• Schedule and delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the General Manager.
• Train staff and enforce ililis best practices and policies.
• Provide and inspire exceptional guest service.
• Perform additional duties to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal Experience:

• 2-3 years of Dining Room Management in an upscale to fine dining, high volume NYC restaurant
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Culinary a plus but not required
• Proven track record of successfully managing team members and the guest experience in high volume settings
• Excellent communication skills
• A quick thinker who enjoys problem-solving
• Experience in training strong FOH teams

Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
