Delaware North Travel is searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Fort Lauderdale Airport in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to ensure high standards of service, quality, and efficiency across all outlets. PayMinimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 $54,100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. - Support the Restaurant General Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain high performance and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and inventory, and oversee scheduling, payroll, and point of sale systems
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant is required
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
- Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
- The capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
