GENERAL SUMMARY

Manage and co-ordinate the effective operation Nobu Hotel. Manage the Nobu Hotel front office, Bell services, Room service on a day to day basis. Responsible for ensuring both entities meet revenue budgets goals, control expenses and maximize OI while maintaining our Caesars Entertainment and Nobu Hospitality guest service standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for upholding the NOBU HOSPITALITY brand standards
  • Responsible for managing, training and developing the Nobu Hotel Assistant Managers
  • Responsible for proactively seeking new business for Nobu Hotel events
  • Communicate and consistently enforce quality service standards in operating areas Nobu Hotel
  • Provide input for service improvement, revenue growth and expense control Nobu Hotel
  • Generate monthly operations summary and prepare analysis of profit and loss statements, and forecasts Nobu Hotel
  • Complete actions plans monthly focusing on achieving revenue and O/I goals for Nobu Hotel
  • Must be proficient in financials and budgeting
  • Must be able to analyze financial reports and set initiatives that will help achieve financial results desired
  • Able to ensure communication of information relating to policies, standards, and sales goals with staff verbally and inwriting for Nobu Hotel
  • Monitor maintenance of all areas of the Nobu Hotel
  • Requires self-driven, self-motivated person who can make decisions

Job Specifications

  • Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
  • Work requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree
  • Work requires previous Supervisory and/or Managerial Experience.
  • Work requires previous hospitality sales experience, and food & beverage experience.
  • Work requires an intermediate knowledge of computer programs including: Word, Excel, Windows, LMS.

Working Conditions

Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems, in a timely manner.
