Restaurant Manager - The Corner Pizza and Alehouse**
**Location:** Mason City, IA (On-site)
**Job Type:** Full-time, Salaried (with performance-based incentives)
**Pay:** $45,000-$55,000/year (Owner open to adjusting for the right fit)

The Corner Pizza and Alehouse serves New York-style pizza with Midwestern hospitality and a beer list packed with local favorites. But what really sets us apart is our energy: fast-paced, guest-focused, and built on pride in what we do.
Were part of a locally owned hospitality group (Walsh's Shebeen, The Cardinal, and The Corner), and were looking for someone ready to step into leadership no fluff, no ego, just real restaurant grit.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and floor management
- Hire, train, and develop both front- and back-of-house teams
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce waste
- Deliver strong, consistent guest experiences
- Collaborate with ownership to grow the business
**What Were Looking For:**
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (pizza/bar a plus)
- Hands-on leadership and team-building skills
- Solid understanding of labor and food cost control
- Familiarity with POS and scheduling software (Toast = bonus)
- Thick skin, strong work ethic, and a sense of humor
