Role
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated team at Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support housekeeping colleagues to maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.
Conduct daily inspections of arrival rooms, occupied rooms, and turn-down service.
Coordinate and oversee the minibar operation.
Ensure prompt and professional response to all guest requests and telephone enquiries.
Lead regular briefings and ongoing training sessions with housekeeping colleagues.
Maintain accurate housekeeping logbooks and records.
Monitor guest feedback and support continuous improvement in housekeeping services.
Ensure all housekeeping pantries and janitors closets are clean, organised, and well-stocked.
Oversee the guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience in a similar setting.
Proficiency in spoken English.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural sensitivity and a professional demeanour.
Additional language skills are a plus.
