Restaurant Supervisor

Restaurant supervisor needed at the Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park in Pewaukee. Help run operations for our restaurants/bars and banquets. If you have experience in restaurant or bar management and have strong leadership, organizational, communication, and guest service skills, this would be a perfect fit. Hours are generally 3pm-12am, including weekends and holidays. Must have or obtain a Waukesha bartending license.

Responsibilities

Manage day to day operations including ensuring proper inventory and control measures of product

Communicate with all departments as needed regarding food and beverage needs for hotel and banquet guests

Monitor operations to ensure consistency, proper procedures and guest service

Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all work areas

Assist with training and supervising staff

Candidates must be results driven, multi-task oriented, positive, and have good communication skills.
