Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily restaurant operations, uphold the company’s high standards of excellence in regard to food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs. experience working in a franchise restaurant in a management role.
• Manager Food Handler Certification
• Proficient in all restaurant operations (FOH & BOH), guest services, personnel management, maintaining staffing levels, sustaining a safe, secure, and favorable environment for guests and staff.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize the most critical among them.
• Available and open to work weekends, holidays, open and close shifts
• Must possess a valid driver's license, be eligible to work in the United States and consent to agree to criminal background check .
• Proficient with POS system(s) and MSOffice Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
