Role: Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House)
Reporting to: Restaurant General Manager
Position Overview:
As a FOH Supervisor, youll work closely with the management team to oversee shifts, support staff, and create a positive guest experience. Youll lead by example on the floor, help train team members, and step in to resolve issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations during shifts.
- Support, coach, and motivate FOH staff to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure dining room cleanliness, table turns, and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new FOH employees.
- Help with scheduling, side work, and daily shift reports as needed.
- Collaborate with BOH and management to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
