Logistics Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain, ensuring efficient transportation and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics operations, with expertise in fleet management, warehouse management, and supply chain processes. Job Responsibilities: SOP & Operations Design: Design and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational management systems across various logistics stages, based on customer needs and business requirements. Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting: Build analytical models grounded in deep business understanding. Regularly produce multi-dimensional reports to identify operational issues, collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective strategies, and establish a closed-loop management system. KPI System Development: Contribute to the systematic construction of key performance indicators (KPIs), promote the implementation of data-driven processes, and support overall data-based operations management. Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; at least 1 year of experience in the logistics industry. Familiarity with SOP processes is required. Experience in international logistics is a plus. Proficiency in English or Spanish is preferred. Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity. Proficient in business analysis tools; experience with SQL is a plus. Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong structured thinking, with the ability to identify solutions from complex problems. Excellent in solution design, cross-functional communication, and collaboration. Skilled at driving initiatives and managing operations effectively across teams.
