Air Logistics Warehouse Operations Manager

Your Role Team Supervision and Development: Oversee warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations. Your Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, to meet customer requirements and maintain high service quality.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
• Process Improvement: Implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience: Several years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least a couple of years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), strong leadership abilities, and effective communication skills.
