Front of House Supervisor

The Mint Cafe and Bar in Belgrade is hiring for a Front of House Supervisor. This position involves assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant, overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, as well as building and nurturing the team around them. Leadership experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate looking to advance their skills and career.

We are a locally owned and operated restaurant located right in the heart of downtown Belgrade, Montana. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our culinary team. We currently serve dinner only, Tuesday through Sunday.

Compensation includes-

Competitive wage
60/40 copay for Blue Cross/Blue Shield Health insurance
60/40 copay for medical, dental, vision and life insurance
