Kitchen Manager (KM) at Maggie’s Farm in Middleton

A Little Bit of What We’re Looking For in a KM

Serenitee Restaurant Group’s successful gastro pub, Maggie’s Farm, located on 114 in Middleton, is busy year round and does 3.5-4 million in sales annually. We are looking for a high energy, experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the BOH operations of this busy establishment including oversight of food preparation and execution, sanitation, staffing and scheduling, purchasing and receiving, menu and recipe development, and cost controls. Our ideal candidate isn’t a stranger to a little computer work (inventory, recipes, etc.), but also isn’t afraid to get dirty.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $55,000-$65,000 starting salary DOE.
