The Concessions Manager candidate will be responsible for overseeing permanent stands and portable/pop-up carts at various locations throughout the building and to oversee delivery, compliance, and execution of all concession areas.
Specifically, these duties would include, but would not be limited to:
Supervising all concession personnel.
Hiring new employees and training all employees in company procedures, rules and policies.
Ensuring concession stations are set up for optimal business operations each day.
Preparing various sales and operational reports from information gathered daily.
Analyzing product usage, and wastage to determine products to be ordered.
Controlling wastage to ensure profitability.
Maintaining control of all concessions menu items.
The Concessions Manager candidate should have:
A minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably with venue concessions.
Good working knowledge of inventory distribution, management and control procedures.
An aptitude for data collection and analysis; from this the ability to make decisions to drive innovative food and beverage concepts, surpassing guest expectations.
A familiarity with food service equipment, Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to guest and client satisfaction are a must.
