FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR for
DELTA HOTELS by MARRIOTT, SOUTH SIOUX CITY RIVERFRONT
INTERESTS: Seeking person to manage F & B operations at newly renovated four-star Delta Hotels by Marriott, South Sioux City Riverfront, Marriott’s newest full service brand, upscale destination restaurant and conference facilities. Must be willing to relocate to greater Sioux City area located in Nebraska / Iowa / South Dakota intersect.
QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking candidates with prior Fine Dining Restaurant management experience. Must be qualified to monitor and manage multiple food and beverage outlets while upholding or exceeding company standards. Some upscale banquet and catering experience needed. Need superior leadership, team-building, and people skills. Need superior hospitality and guest relations skills. Need high energy and positive attitude. High quality food and food safety background necessary. Able to develop and lead a team of managers. Need strong hands on experience in: dining room, bar, and banquet operations. Some kitchen experience preferred. Solid wine knowledge and experience preferred. Able to budget, schedule, and control labor, bar, and operational expenses. Need inventory and P & L background. Previous hotel food and beverage experience a plus.

Ala carte menu, $65 + dinner check average, 150 bottle wine list, high quality spirits and private executive party rooms.
WR Hospitality manages the F & B Operation, featuring Kahill’s Chophouse and Delta Hotels by Marriott, South Sioux City Riverfront: a Regional destination for Weddings and Social / Business Conference Events. Property is privately-owned, 181 room, 4-star Delta Hotel by Marriott full service property overlooking the Missouri River with 45,000 sq. ft. Conference and Banquet Center. Property can execute 1000-person events.
