Banquet / Catering center has moderate sized room for meetings and social events. Space can accommodate up to a group of 185. Space has 2 well equipped executive board rooms.
Our restaurant is upscale casual American / Italian concept restaurant with a mix of Tuscan
country and contemporary design; light and dark hardwoods, rough- hewn wood accents, custom stonework, Italian tile work, eclectic decor and lighting, exhibition kitchen, booth seating, central bar
area. Seating up to 200 including bar and dining room seating. The menu offers authentic pastas,
wood roasted pizzas, gourmet salads, Italian classics, sandwiches and daily Chef features.

QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking experienced candidates with 1 year Catering Office experience and some banquet floor supervision background. Need superior sales ability and people skills, guest relations and hospitality skills. Need high energy and quality service background. Must have quality food knowledge. Some ability to set goals, develop new business and do some client negotiation. Able to book business, detail BEO’s, plan and coordinate banquet, events, weddings, social business..etc. Able to assist with events and banquet floor operations as needed. Able to represent client/guests
and deliver product and services. Specialty or special occasion event / function experience is helpful.
