Riemer Hospitality is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team in our brand new and soon to open AndyS Restaurant in Ludington, MI.

AndyS in Ludington will soon be the ultimate destination for live music, sports, and entertainment. We will have golf simulators, private party rooms, fire tables on the rooftop terrace, 3 bars, private dining and a DJ, AndyS has something for everyone. Enjoy comedy, live music, dancing, and arts events on the main stage, enhanced by a video wall for an immersive experience. The large circular bars serve Michigan’s favorite beers on tap, and TVs on every wall ensure you never miss the action. Perfect for hanging out with friends and enjoying handcrafted food, drinks, and nonstop fun!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain high food quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage restaurant staff and provide leadership and guidance
  • Implement food and beverage management strategies to drive profitability
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Required Skills:

  • Restaurant Operations: Demonstrated experience in managing restaurant operations
  • Food Quality: Strong understanding of food quality standards and best practices
  • Restaurant Management: Proven track record in restaurant management
  • Guest Service: Excellent customer service skills and focus on guest satisfaction
  • Food and Beverage Management: Knowledge of food and beverage management principles

Nice to Have Skills:

  • ServSafe Certified
  • Experience in cost management and budgeting
  • Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary (Depending on experience) : $80,000.00 - $100K
