Company: Location: Fayetteville, NC Description: The Hampton Inn - Lumberton, NC is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals in delivering unforgettably positive human interactions for all people. This role will have the following main responsibilities: 1. Leading the housekeeping and laundry team in ensuring all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are prepared, presented, and staged to the highest standard of cleanliness, tidiness, and neatness. 2. Ensuring that all supplies, procedures, and amenities are compliant with brand standards. 3. Managing departmental purchases and scheduling so that all monthly expenses (including payroll) are less than budgeted. 4. Engaging positively with the other human beings on the hotel team by serving their needs for a successful operation. Your Measure of Success: Your success will be measured by how well your team can ?WOW? our guests in the areas of guestroom cleanliness, bathroom cleanliness, and helpfulness, and by how closely you manage the department?s expenses to meet budget. You will also have other duties as needed, such as picking up trash and debris, and taking service items to guest rooms (TV remotes, towels, etc.), cleaning certain areas, and offering a helping hand with the breakfast service and maintenance team.
