Job Title: Housekeeping Manager Company: St. Louis Marriott West Hotel Location: Saint Louis, MO Description: Candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department and will provide supervision, direction and qualitative management to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness in guest rooms and overall hotel along with our guest satisfaction being maintained. This position is responsible for the budget, training, employee relations of the department, inventories and daily inspections of hotel and guest rooms. Candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of Housekeeping Operations; as well as provide a work environment that promotes reliability, teamwork, recognizes initiative, and ensures excellence throughout the work day.
