Job Description: The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the Environmental Services/Housekeeping Department in a retirement community. The Holiday Inn is a newly renovated 365 room full serive hotel with 13,000 square feet of meeting space. We are convenient to Camden Yards, National Aquarium, and the Maryland Science Center. Qualified individual to oversee housekeeping and laundry; with a strong emphasis on guest room quality and cleanliness. Responsible for selecting, training and supervising room attendants, assigning rooms to be cleaned, inspecting once they are cleaned, and processing room status reports. Duties also include inspecting linen closets and monitoring cleaning supplies to ensure sufficient stock is available. Provide supervision and direction alll Housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained.
