Job Title: Director of Housekeeping Company: Inn of Chicago Location: Chicago, IL Description: Minimum two years of housekeeping management experience in a union environment required. Ability to communicate well with peers as well as subordinates, lead and coach subordinates and to run a smooth and efficient department. Must have complete knowledge of the procedures and rules governing the proper up-keep of the Housekeeping Department. Must be able to train and up-grade the knowledge of his/her subordinates. Must have hospitality or related undergraduate degree. Must have strong computer skills including excel. Bi lingual English/Spanish preferred.
