Job Description: Outstanding interpersonal skills to generate excitement and interest in game participation while ensuring guest experience and satisfaction. Manages and maintains all facets of daily operation of the location: Includes management of staff, programming, revenue and expense, creating new programs, establishing open line of communication with other departments and department heads, accommodating conference groups with appropriate programming, and guiding and directing supervisors to assist in an effective operation to ensure quality services. At least one year of supervisory experience. Ensures that team members are wardrobe compliant. Ensures the highest quality product that meets all our guest?s expectations. Conducts shift meetings and provides daily sales goal in support of the revenue plan. Work with kitchen team to ensure that we meet or exceed all standards set for food quality.
