Duties include ordering, staffing, and executing events both on and off-site. Locations for events include two ballroom facilities as well as off-site events in Columbia and surrounding areas. Must have evening and weekend availablility. Looking for candidate who is familiar to working events from beginning to end and ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. Will be responsible for catering staff of up to 30 people. Catering/restaurant operations experience is required.
