Job Title: Skilled Nursing Kitchen Manager Company: Location: Lexington, KY Description: Richmond Place Rehab and Healthcare is hiring for a Kitchen Manager. We are looking for someone with Skilled Nursing cooking experience (but not required), knowledge of diets, knowledge of State Regulations, management experience, able to work mornings/nights/weekends/holidays, ability to read and understand tray cards, computer knowledge and someone with a PASSION for food. This person will supervise the kitchen and serving staff (6-9 employees) while ensuring all food is cooked properly, temps are recorded, ensure kitchen sanitation, service staff is serving residents efficiently and ALL dining operations run smooth and efficient. This is a full time position that offers benefits and PTO. The KM will report directly to the Certified Dietary Manager along with the Administrator and Director of Dining Services.
