Our Client is a huge Casino Conglomerate! MANDATORY Casino experience! Our Client, located in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Manager of Strategic Planning and Development with the following skills and/or abilities:   Confident with ability to pass a very thorough FBI-Like Background Check. Comfortable reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Planning & Analysis with additional direct supervision by the Vice President of Development and the Vice President of Research & Analysis. Experience providing the CFO, Vice President of Strategic Planning & Analysis (Finance), Vice President of Development, Vice President of Research & Analysis (Marketing) and other senior management demand projections for specific locations based upon zip code level demographic, economic and gaming incidence/frequency/revenue data, which will be used to generate projections as required in connection with potential development and acquisition opportunities. Develop automated methodologies to generate market demand revenue projections that will allow forecasts to be completed within established time frames.   Develop competitive share model that uses distance and attractiveness of facilities to estimate theoretical share for each competitive casino in a given market, the competitive share model will be automated so that share can be calculated within established time frames and can be adjusted based upon various factors by management, while tracking the reasons and impacts of each adjustment. Prepare comprehensive financial models for development projects and acquisitions being pursued by the Company, including return-on-investment models with detailed income statement, cash flow and enterprise value projections. Conduct research through public sources (newspaper, SEC, state gaming authorities) and non-public sources (Company contacts, investment banks, accounting firms) to obtain as much detailed information as possible about acquisition properties/companies and related markets. Liaise with the following departments to obtain and process information relevant to project analysis:  Marketing (information contained in customer and demographic databases), Operations (operational capital, operating financial improvements, development program details and related costs), and Construction (rough order of magnitude project cost estimates and more detailed construction cost budgets). Assist with the preparation of presentations to gaming regulatory agencies and county and city governments as necessary. Assist in providing data for gaming license applications related to new project developments. BA in Finance, Marketing or Business Administration strongly preferred; MBA preferred.
