Must be confident , individually creative, personable, well organized with solid communication skills and be able to implement a full range of promotions and special events. * Manage property advertising and media plans * Oversee all public relations and outreach to community organizations * Local promotions and co-op marketing programs and events * Managing E-commerce and website content * Tracking and data analysis * Co-ordination of design, direct mail, brochures etc
