Job Title: Working Dining Room/Service Supervisor Company: Location: Altoona, PA Description: -Coordinates daily food service needs involving communications between kitchen and service staff. -Trains and supervises all service staff. -Serves meals and special function dinners -Knows specials of the day, upcoming activities and oversees or preforms the set up of dining areas (to include the bar when no bartender is scheduled) to satisfy anticipated reservations for the day. -Takes orders for food and beverages. -Assists the management team with ordering of supplies, linens, service wares, and beverage inventory. -Has working knowledge of basic bar proceedures and drink recipes, and assits when needed. -Is a team player, professional, and looking to grow with an established operation. -Full time year round position. Weekends and Holidays are required. -A professional, upbeat, and courteous attitude is the most important attribute required.

Job Title: Food Service Director Company: Location: Philadelphia, PA Description: Plan, organize, develop and direct overall operation of the dining services department to assure compliance with federal, state and local standards. Hands-on leadership position includes daily interaction with staff, residents and family members. Position is a key member of the management team and requires working collaboratively to assure quality dining services, exceptional customer service and fiscally sound operations. Position requires a minimum of 2 years management experience in senior food services or in a full service restaurant. Qualified candidates must have strong back of the house skills as well as the ability to deliver high quality service.
