Our facility cares for 150+ residents in assisted living and nursing home settings. Institutional feeding experience necessary. Looking for candidates who have excellent HR skills, who will direct activities of 35+ employees in providing meals for residents. Will be responsible for establishing contracts for procurement of all food and related supplies, scheduling and developing in service training for food service staff, and developing department policies and procedures. Dining Services Manager will be responsible for recipe and menu development of a flexible dining alternative to fixed regular feeding. Our facility is located in a small community in the Colorado Plains.
