Job Title: (MANDATORY) Casino Compliance Director Company: Carpe Diem Gaming Location: Biloxi, MS Description: Our Client is a Leader in Southern Gaming and have Properties Nationally! MANDATORY Casino experience! Our Client, located near Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a Casino Compliance Director with the following skills and/or abilities:   Confident with ability to pass a very thorough FBI-Like Background Check. Directly manages Compliance Manager and or Clerk. Ensures compliance with all Federal and State Gaming Regulations and ordinances as well as compliance with casino internal controls and policies and procedures across all departments.  Ensures follow-up on any documentation, correspondence, corrective and/or disciplinary action on formal violations of any of the above with the appropriate supervisory personnel.  Maintain Internal Control System including making necessary amendments resulting from Internal audits, Gaming Commission audits, and changes in gaming regulations and proposed and actual changes in our procedures. Must have the ability to set up databases and a tracking system for compliance records. Monitor all areas for compliance with Treasury Regulations and IGC Rules for cash transactions. Monitor ticketing/guest services department for compliance with admission rules and regulations. Must have ability to recognize non-compliant conditions prior to violations occurring and make necessary recommendations to management for corrective action to maintain compliance in advance. Must be able to make reasonable, professional and sound judgments on appropriate and necessary required corrective action to regain compliance for violations. Ensure all employees must be including fire and safety regulations. Bachelors Degree with emphasis in business management, finance or other closely related field.  Must be able to read, interpret and understand laws, governmental regulations, procedures and other governmental communications and documents. Must have knowledge of MSWord, Excel and Outlook applications.
