The Front Office Manager will be accountable for the effortless and seamless movement of guests in and out of the hotel. It is primarily an evening position (3-11 PM) but may be day in accordance with hotel needs. Most weekends are required. The ideal candidate will have hospitality supervisory experience and be knowledgeable in the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Bell Staff, PBX, Concierge, Valet, and Reservations.
