Develop comprehensive recruiting plans and audition criteria to ensure success in the position. Manage the entertainment staff wage budget. Develop and implement a competitive compensation plan. Develop training, retention, and job tool programs for Cruise Director and Event staff. Liaises with human resources department to ensure company policies are followed in the management of entertainment employees. Successful individual must possess a bachelor's degree in recreation or Entertainment related field. Prior entertainment background in production, human resources or personnel management experience is a must. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be a highly motivated, self directed, adaptable team player that thrives under pressure.
