Job Title: Asst Food and Bevrg Director

We are currently seeking an energetic, creative and motivated individual who can assist with the day to day operations of outlets and assist with banquet operations and activities of staff. Manage all outlets in the absence of the perspective managers. Supervise and assist with the proper set-up, service and breakdown of functions. Assist with the coordination of service during functions and participate in serving food and beverages to guests, replenishing buffet lines, replenishing beverages, etc… Assist with the preparation of and tabulation of banquet checks, follow procedures for processing banquet checks, and banquet recaps. Interact effectively with guests, and greet meeting / function planners, as needed. Assist with the communication between the Catering staff and Banquet staff on all banquet events, guest comments and complaints, cover counts, etc… Coordinate details of events with and act as a liaision between guest and hotel operating departments. Operate outlet within budgetary guidelines and in response to actual business conditions.
