Assist with the coordination of service during functions and participate in serving food and beverages to guests, replenishing buffet lines, replenishing beverages, etc…

Assist with the preparation of and tabulation of banquet checks, follow procedures for processing banquet checks, and banquet recaps.

Interact effectively with guests, and greet meeting / function planners, as needed.

Assist with the communication between the Catering staff and Banquet staff on all banquet events, guest comments and complaints, cover counts, etc… Coordinate details of events with and act as a liaision between guest and hotel operating departments.

Operate outlet within budgetary guidelines and in response to actual business conditions.
