The Q-Bar Manager is responsible for all operations including inventories and ordering liquor for the outlet, labor costs and expenses while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high quality products and service levels. The Q-Bar Manager is expected to develop progressive entertainment programs including live entertainment and local DJ talent and market ideas to promote business. Must be able to reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budget productivity while keeping quality consistently high. Skills/ RequirementsA minimum of 2 years management experience in a bar and night club in a hotel or a related field. The successful candidate must have multi-outlet management experience; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
