You must have skill sets that require little or no supervision. Position requires scheduling and direct supervision of a 10-14 person staff. Bartending and basic kitchen skills a plus. POS and computer skills a must. A working knowledge of human resource laws, sanitation, marketing, menu development, food/ liquor ordering and inventory/costing control is necessary. Open 7 days. Salary Range : $30-40 K + monthly profit performance bonus. Background check and substance abuse screen required.
